Is the cup sealed and leakproof?
S2 series cups are not sealed cups, and there is no sealing and leakproof function.The lid is for the function of preventing the dust and debris falling into the cup.The sealing ring on the lid of the cup is just for preventing the collision between the lid and the cup.
Can the S2 I-Touch smart 55℃ cup cool down?
The S2 I - Touch smart 55 ℃ cup can set the temperature of 55℃ with one touch.It cannot cool down the beverage in it. When the water temperature is higher than 55℃, you need to wait the natural cooling down.
How to download the APP of S2?What can we do if the cup cannot connected with the Wechat?
Use the browser in your mobile to scan the QR code on page 8of the manual to download the APP, and allow the permissions of installation.When the cup cannot connect with the WeChat, it is easier to connect successfully with the APP.
The S2 series have several models.What’s the difference between them?
The I-cup series cannot heat the water but the I-Touch series can.
1.The difference between the two Cup series: Compared with the I-Cup(Travelling cup), the I-Cup Plus (Smart Cup) added the functions of bluetooth connection with mobile, Wechat setup, smart hydration reminder, hydration record, water-temp clock etc.
2.The difference between the two Touch series: The I - Touch can set the temperature of 55℃ with one touch and keep the temperature up to 12 hours. While the I-Touch plus can set the temperature you wish between 35℃ and 100℃ and keep the temperature up to 12 hours.
